Are you asking about how to download books available for free to newsletter subscribers? In that case, there’s a code and a link in every newsletter email that leads you to the correct page. The actual downloading process is handled by BookFunnel, which has excellent tech support if you have a problem. (For the one free book out of my whole catalog offer, there’s a form on the same page to make requests. Those are handled through Amazon gifting, so you’d get a gift email and follow the instructions.)
It seems less likely you’re talking about downloading after a purchase, but if you are, you follow the same procedure you would for any other ebook purchases. (All books are available for sale on Amazon. The Soul Salvager books, the mythology book, and the education titles are also available on other retailers. Just follow the instructions for the particular retailer you are using.)
