Our daughter’s birthday is June 13th, so we always had a fun big family party/picnic to start off the summer.

I don’t have a favorite June memory yet but this June we’re going to Florida to see family and go to Disney World. We haven’t been there in over 30 years so we should have a lot of new memories this month!
My june memory is the birth of my first nephew
My favorite June memory is actually today June 1st. My husband and I purchased our first house five years ago. If I get lucky and win I will purchase a nice item for our front yard. Maybe a peacock metal sculpture because I am obsessed with them.
My favorite June memories come from riding my atv up to the mountains, finding a nice tree and taking a couple of hours to read my current favorite book! It is so peaceful and quiet – you can hear the birds singing and see the little critters when you are really still!
My favorite June memory was the two weeks my husband and I spent in Brazil for my cousin’s wedding. I’m glad we made such an epic trip work when we were younger because I don’t think we would be capable of recreating our trip now! It was the most incredible experience!
Finally I could go into Restaurants again and had some delicious Pasta at my favourite Italian after the Lockdown ended.
The summer solstice occurs in June which officially marks the first day of summer. I remember a few years back when there was some sort of local parade in our neighbourhood. We got to see sugar spun into cotton candy and taste the super sweet treat. Spent the whole day taking photos hanging out. Going to get my co-vid shot in a few days, and hopefully get to see the rest of my family again in person!
I loved getting to go to Minnesota in June to visit a friend. I never expected the change in temperature from Texas! Such a pleasant surprise!

Last year’s Father’s Day was pretty memorable for having been during the lockdown. We managed to have a lovely time just with the family and a homemade meal. I won’t be forgetting that one too soon.

Remember that my younger brother was born on June 8, there were problems with the delivery but today is perfectly fine. Perhaps it is a memory that many would say is “bad” but on the contrary, that day my brother was born, since then we are inseparable, almost 18 years have passed since that day

My favorite June was from this June. I got to meet my half sister for the 1st time at the beginning of this month. Our mother put her up for adoption when she got pregnant as a teenager and we found each on ancestry.com about 2 months ago. Unfortunatly mom passed away from covid in late March. But I swear she was looking down us like go play now girls. It was an amazing connection between us, like we were twins, not just sisiters.
