  1. I’ve decided not to have a New Year’s resolution this year. It’s just doomed to fail. You take the first 5 letters in the word “resolution”, spin it around, and you get “loser”. No thanks. But good luck to those that have resolutions!

    1. i 100% agree. I actually didn’t make any resolution when i got my 6 pack abs the first time in my life after decades of trying to get in good shape (last year).

  2. One of my goals for the new year is to find more of a balance with work, social life, personal goals etc.

  3. I’d have to say like most my new years goal is to lose a few pounds, get more active, and lead a better life into 2024!

  4. I want to eat less junk food or in general try to live a bit healthier. Maybe do some more sports and enjoy mother nature.

  5. My Resolution is to get healthy and stay healthy!! I recently found out I have cervical cancer so I am following doctors orders and getting healthy as much as I can! Happy New Year

  6. My goal for this year is to improve in college and be a better person. I want to help my family, and I want to have a very nice relationship with a girl that I really like.

  7. I’m working on cutting way back on my sugar intake. I quit pop as of the new year and I’m tired but going strong. I’m always planning on getting in some form of exercise for at least 30 minutes everyday.

  13. My resolution this year is to take time for self care this year. I am the caretaker for my husband and a granddaughter and often forget to take care of myself. I will do better with this in 2024!

  15. To be honest, my new years resolution is to start reading more books! I used to read a ton back in childhood but slowly drifted away as I grew older. Miss those times.

  16. My New Year’s resolution is to create more beautiful works of art and find more relaxation while doing so! The past months have been a bit tough to find enjoyment in painting so I’m hoping for change this year!

  17. My new years resolution this year is passing my french fluency test from the french government, I’ve passed at my language school now time for the bigger and scarier test 😅 wish me luck.

    When I travel, I want to learn something new and connect with the destination. To learn about the culture, people, place, history, food , uniqueness. Not to just tick a box but to connect.

    Resolutions seem like promises that I make to myself, that I have no intention of keeping… so I try not to make them but when I do, they’re usually something like, “no more cookies…except the two I have in my hand right now…and maybe the one that fell earlier…”

  40. My New Year Resolution this year is to not eat 99% of sugar or processed foods. I have to allow for my husbands seasonings when he cooks meats. Some of them have sugar as an ingredient so I can’t say 100% no sugar, lol.

  50. I just want a full recovery fron the bad motorcycle accident I had in December, Collapsed lung, LAcerated Spleen (removed) Found a failed hernia mesh (removed) 8 Fractured Ribs, left side, Left shoulder shattered… CAnt wait to ride again, bike came out pretty good…

  51. I only make resolutions for 3 months. I think if you try to keep track over a year, you lose track. So my resolution is to totally redo my office.

  54. I used to be an avid reader, finishing 2 – 3 books a week. For the past several years I’ve lost interest. So, I resolve to get back into reading as much as I can.

  56. Resolution is to embrace my 40s and all the health monitoring that comes along with it. Better work out regime, improving sleep schedule and getting on a vitamin regiment.
