Perfect Trilogy for Halloween

The Soul Salvager trilogy starts with Chris Murphy accidentally selling his soul, a mishap that leads to an epic struggle against Satan and his minions. (The prologue to the first book was actually written originally as a Halloween treat for my readers. From this prologue, the rest of the trilogy grew.)

All three books of the trilogy are on sale during the month of October for $0.99 each. That’s a $6 savings over the normal price of the trilogy.

  1. This time of year always makes me want to watch Courage the Cowardly Dog – creepiest, greatest show from my childhood

  2. The Ring is one of my all-time favorite horror movies. The concept of a cursed videotape that predicts death is chilling, and the atmosphere is so hauntingly unsettling. I love how it builds suspense with its eerie visuals and creepy sound design. Samara is an iconic figure in horror, and her backstory adds an extra layer of depth that makes the fear feel even more palpable. It’s the kind of film that sticks with you, leaving you glancing over your shoulder long after the credits roll!

  3. Such interesting content! Many of the books look like ones I can get lost (or found) in!!! Thank you for all of your hard work!

  4. I’m a big baby and don’t like scary things. In college, my roommate and I watched “Scream” one night and then we were so freaked out that we had to watch some cartoons afterwards!

  5. I like the old TV shows, especially the Dick Van Dyke show which was exceptionally well designed and written. The jokes are hilarious without being vulgar and the costumes are mostly timeless.

  6. My favorite horror movie is Alien (1979). I’m fascinated by that creature and it scares the hell out of me. I can’t believe how real it looks and that the movie was made a year before I was born.

  7. The most scary movie that hit me in the gut was Seven. The whole concept was so novel at the time and all the actors gave very their best.

  8. I’ve always loved Christine because as a child, my dad had these old cars that he would work on and I always told him they had ghosts!

  9. Chasing rabbits by erin bredford is a series anyone who likes a good Alice in wonderland spoof. I can’t day enough good things about that entire series.

    1. Sorry but I don’t know the author Bill Hiatt it’s just that I am looking for giveaway and found one thanks for the giveaway

  10. I admit that I hate all things scary! My favorite Halloween movie would have to be Casper, although I know it is not that scary.

  11. One of many scaries movies that I watched and really liked is Nightmare on Elm St. when I first watch that it made me scream LOL Freddy was something with the claw and with the dreams!

  12. My favorite television show as far as scary goes was on the Science Fiction channel. “Tales Of The Crypt”.

  13. As far a scary books I do like Brian Lumley’s book Necroscope it keeps me intrigued and gives a interesting viewpoint of a child with gifts of being able to talk with the dead and the dread that comes with it.

  14. I will give you my recent favorite scary book Red Rabbit by Alex Grecian Perfect blend of spooky western violence and supernatural, highly recommend!

  15. My favorite scary book would be The Mist by Stephen King. I will admit, I saw the movie before I read the book and it made me decide to read the book. I really liked the idea of unknown creatures from another dimension coming to Earth to invade the planet.

  16. My favorite scary book to read is Stephen King’s It. I love to read it especially during the month of October.

  17. My favorite ‘scary’ TV show has to be CW’S The Vampire Diaries! It is one of those shows that has a great storyline while keeping you on the edge of your seat.

  18. I’m not a fan of horror movies, but I can appreciate a spooky book or a short story. I think it’s because horror books do not use jump-scares, they have to build up a spooky atmosphere which I enjoy much more than some sudden loud noise.

  19. My favorite scary movie is the remake of Night of the Living Dead, I like to watch it around this time of year.

  20. I really don’t like scary movies, after having seen the Exorcist too young! Scariest movie ever! I do, however, like Silence of the Lambs. When I think of Halloween, though, I prefer things like It’s the Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown and Rocky Horror Picture Show. I’ve never liked Halloween much, either. So let’s just skip Halloween & bring on Thanksgiving!

  21. There’s a 1960’s B-rated horror film called Carnival of Souls. It has stuck with me since the first time I saw it. It’s not amazing, it’s not particularly thrilling or surprising, it’s not even that well acted but it’s beautifully made all the same. The soundtrack and the filming choices make it feel particularly haunting and unsettling. The premise is unique as well. It is my favorite B-rated horror film and as those are my favorite kinds of horror, it’s also my favorite horror film overall.

  22. I would like to talk about the anime One Piece. One Piece is a great anime about pirates looking for a great treasure left by the pirate Gold Roger. It is a very good anime, very funny, good story and with many unforgettable moments. I recommend everyone to watch One Piece, it will be the best decision of your life.

  23. October started off good. One of my favorite game series “Silent Hill” made a remake of the classic part two of the series. Can’t wait to try it. Silent Hill is the pinnacle of horror gaming.

  24. One of my favorite video game series “Silent Hill came out with a remake to the classic part 2 of the series. Can’t wait to play it. The OG Silent Hills are the pinnacle of horror games.

  25. Deacon Maccubbin

“Interview With a Vampire” still sits at the top of my list for horror movies and Anne Rice’s novel on which it is based is also a favorite. The first time we “read” the book, we were listening to an audio book while driving through a lightning storm on a dark and winding road in the mountains of Virginia at about midnight. Lightning flashed against the silvery bark of birch trees that stood sentinel between the road and a nearby stream, providing a perfect backdrop for the tales of Lestat.

  26. I am currently watching “From”, and it has 3 seasons (2 completed season and the third season is still ongoing). I’m excited for more episodes!

  27. Jennifer Letendre

I really liked the NOS4A2 series, it sadly was canceled after one season. I have not really read any horror books, I’m afraid they will keep me up. I have sleep delayed syndrome and tend to read into the early morning hours. I love cozy mystery books however!

  28. Stephen Carpenter

Thanks for the opportunity.I love horrors, growing up nightmare on elm Street and pet cemetery were favourites! Good luck all.

  29. Irfann RAZAFINDRATSARA

I really like Sweeney Todd The Demon Barber of Fleet Street (the one with Johnny Deep). Not a big fan of this genre but the songs are so well sung

  30. I used to love scary stories. When I was in the Boy Scouts we always had a round of horrors at every campfire. I guess I’ve lost my taste for them because now I don’t even care to read or watch those kinds of movies. I think modern films are too graphic and leave nothing to the imagination.

  31. Cardboard Android

I always loved ‘Round the twist’ growing up, it was an Australian Drama, but was always a little spooky, great series.

  32. I used to love curling up with a good Goosebumps book – I still think about some of those scary stories every now and then haha!
